Kevin started his filmmaking journey in 2005 by creating MapleStory game videos. Through volunteering, he managed to learn from various industry mentors. He first started his freelance video producer journey in 2012. Winning some humble awards here and there, he had the fortunate opportunity to work with some of the world’s major brands.

He started his own video content agency, Vicinity Studio, after his National Service in 2017. And Co-Founded Vicinity Agency in 2023 with Deborah.

Deborah read Economics at Cambridge University under a full scholarship from the Singapore Public Service Commission. She graduated with First Class Honours, winning the Creighton Book Prize for her dissertation on the 1997 Asian Currency Crisis.

She then joined global management consulting firm Bain & Company as a strategy consultant and spent 8+ years in Bain’s Singapore, Tokyo, London and New York Offices.

After Bain, Deborah spent 5+ years in private equity, responsible for the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation’s European and Middle Eastern funds.

Deborah subsequently joined Partners Capital, a $13B private investment office serving ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
